From The Roaster:

Known for its small bean size, this coffee delivers big flavour. What won me over was elevated acidity and dense, complex fruit notes.

Sourced from Gedeo zone in southern Ethiopia, specifically the village of Haru, where the Goto River nourishes the farms. Grown organically, with landrace varieties that thrive in the region’s natural environment.

The beans are hand-picked for ripeness and de-pulped within 8 to 12 hours, then fermented for 48 to 72 hours. After fermentation, the coffee is washed, dried on African beds over 8-10 days, and carefully hand-picked to ensure uniformity.

This coffee received the 2018 African Fine Coffees Association’s Taste of Harvest award.
