• an intelligent hotplate with automatic temperature settings for brewing and holding temperatures,

• a dual element with a switch to select a half pot or full pot of coffee, ensuring a consistent brew on each setting

• automatic drip stop when the jug is removed.

• Copper boiling element with double safety guard

• Automatically switches off power to the boiling element when water reservoir is empty

• Automatically switches off hotplate after 40 minutes (switch on again for another 40 minute cycle)
