Chiapas, Mexico, offers a unique terroir shaped by altitude, soil, and climate. Finca Muxbal, meaning "a place surrounded by clouds" in the Mam Mayan dialect, spans 236 hectares of volcanic soil, protected springs, and lush rainforest, providing ideal shade-grown coffee conditions.

From the Roaster: 
This coffee was a standout on our cupping table. Clean for a natty, super sweet and creamy with a subtle acidity. Smashable all day long.
